At our boutique, every piece is thoughtfully curated and sourced from Palestine and Jordan, celebrating the artistry and heritage of traditional craftsmanship.

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing concerns, or personal preference.

Exchanges are only available for items with a confirmed manufacturer’s defect. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue.

Please note that many of our items feature traditional embroidery. Minor imperfections, loose threads, and slight variations are natural characteristics of handcrafted pieces and are not considered defects. These details reflect the authenticity and cultural significance of each item.

All measurements are taken manually and represent our best possible estimate. A variation of approximately +/- 1–2 cm may occur. These small differences are normal and are not considered defects or grounds for return or exchange.

We encourage customers to carefully review the size guide and measurements provided in each product description before purchasing. If you need assistance, you are welcome to contact us via Instagram, and we will gladly help guide you. However, measurement variations may occur, and sizing exchanges cannot be guaranteed.
